Restaurant Moeders

At Rozengracht street in Amsterdam there is a 21-years-old restaurant called Moeders’, meaning «mothers» in Dutch. ’Moeders’ is a place in honor of all the mothers in the world, a tribute to the idea of the mother. There are hundreds of pictures of mothers on its walls, everyone can leave there a photograph of his or her mother. But we better let Jurriaan, the owner of ’Moeders’, explain us the way his concept works out...

En la calle Rozengracht de Amsterdam hay un restaurante con 21 años que se llama Moeders. Moeders en holandés significa "madres", es un sitio que rinde homenaje a todas las madres del mundo, a la figura de la madre. En sus paredes hay cientos, miles de fotografías de las madres de todo aquel que quiera dejar una foto. Pero dejemos que Jurriaan, el dueño de Moeders, nos explique cómo se pone en práctica esta idea.
